I spent years going to different Drs, knowing all that they could offer me was a diagnosis and maybe a band aid, but so desperate for the relief! I grew weary with disappointment and throwing my time and money away, so I spent years researching and changing my diet to repair my body on my own. I wasted so much time and effort without the proper tools and resources. I spent so much money on supplements, tried various diets, turned to holistic practitioners that gave all me the same generic and poor advice. There is so much false information offered by improperly educated health coaches, it can be hard to know which way is the best to heal. But you don’t have to do it alone as I did! I am here to help, every step of the way. I am unlike other alternative health care practitioners and nutritional coaches as I believe supplementation has a time and a place in the process, but it should remain limited and short term, only to support the body until it is well established in its healthy new rhythm. I don't believe in fad diets. The only diet I recommend is a traditional ancestral diet, the way in which our ancestors survived for thousands of years. Cholesterol rich protein, organ meats, sprouted ancient grains, cultured foods… all of these which have kept our ancestors alive and well before the Industrial Revolution so drastically influenced our diets! It is still possible to obtain this way of eating with our busy lifestyles, it doesn’t have to be daunting.

Hours upon hours of studying each client’s 5 foundational principles… lifestyle, blood sugar regulation, sleep patterns, diet, and digestive patterns, is necessary in achieving a complete analysis for a healthy new you. I am here to offer you a way to build a new relationship with food. I am here to take the stress out of dieting, supplementing, and finding a professional that will take your ailments seriously.


My Approach

I start with a very comprehensive intake form that each client will complete. This will help me make a complete assessment of your individual needs. With this, we address the 5 foundational priorities. These foundational priorities include Nutrient Dense Diet, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, Stress, and Digestion. After careful examination, we come up with the best plan to accommodate your lifestyle. I attempt to take whatever approach the client feels they can easily facilitate, as not to discourage anyone from being able to make healthy changes. Some clients may prefer supplementation with minimal dietary changes to start, while others prefer to cut out most reactive foods and utilize minimal, if any, supplementation. Lifestyle may be reevaluated to better handle stress and sleep. My goal is to help you achieve your best health without additional stressors.
